U.S. State Privacy Notice
This Notice supplements the Privacy Policy for residents of U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws. It applies only where the relevant law covers SFER LABS LLC and the individual or processing at issue. Terms such as "personal information," "sale," "share," "targeted advertising," "consumer" and "sensitive data" have the meaning given by applicable law.
1. Categories and purposes
During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories, depending on enabled features:

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics except where separately disclosed and permitted. Users should not submit sensitive data to AI features unless expressly approved.
2. Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
We do not sell Input or Output to data brokers. If advertising, audience matching or retargeting is enabled, disclosure of identifiers and internet activity to advertising partners may be considered sale, sharing or targeted advertising even if no money is exchanged.
You may opt out through the Your Privacy Choices control available through the website or account, or by emailing [email protected]. We honor a legally valid Global Privacy Control signal for the browser/device and, where reasonably possible, an associated account. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
3. Rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may request:
- a) confirmation and access to personal data;
- b) correction of inaccuracies;
- c) deletion;
- d) a portable copy;
- e) a list or categories of third parties to which data was disclosed, where required;
- f) opt-out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling;
- g) limitation of certain sensitive-data uses or withdrawal of consent; and
- h) appeal of a denied request.
Submit requests through the Your Privacy Choices control available through the website or account, or email [email protected]. We use information reasonably necessary to verify the request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to proof of authority and identity verification. We do not discriminate for exercising a right.
If we deny a request, instructions for appeal will be included in our response. You may contact your state attorney general or other regulator where applicable after completing the appeal process.
4. California metrics and other disclosures
If required by law, we publish request metrics, financial-incentive terms and additional California disclosures. We do not offer a financial incentive for personal information unless a separate notice explains material terms and obtains the required opt-in.
