Cookie Policy
This Policy explains how SFER LABS LLC uses cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs and similar technologies on Idelio. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
The current inventory of technologies actually used on the website, sign-in flow, application, checkout and support tools is maintained separately in the Technology & Vendor Register at https://idelio.pro/legal/technology-vendor-register.
1. What these technologies do
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Local storage and SDK storage can retain identifiers or settings in an application. Pixels and similar requests can transmit information such as IP address, browser data, page or campaign identifiers and events to us or another provider. A tool may process personal data even if it does not place a cookie.
2. Categories
- a) Strictly necessary: security, authentication, load balancing, fraud prevention, consent storage, checkout and functions expressly requested by the user. These cannot be disabled through our preference tool where they are genuinely necessary.
- b) Functional: optional settings, enhanced support, remembered choices and integrations. Consent is requested where applicable law requires it.
- c) Analytics and product measurement: traffic, performance, feature usage, experiments, attribution and error analysis. Account-linked in-product telemetry is described separately in the Privacy Policy; device storage or access is still consent-gated where required.
- d) Advertising and social media: retargeting, conversion measurement, audience matching, cross-site/cross-context activity and social-media features.
- e) Session replay or advanced diagnostics: visual reconstruction or detailed interaction analysis. This category must remain off until the project has implemented consent, masking/redaction and a documented privacy review.
3. Consent and regional behavior
In the EEA, UK and other opt-in jurisdictions, we set no non-essential cookies and access no information stored on your device before you make a choice - only strictly necessary technology runs. Rejecting optional technologies must be as easy as accepting them. Closing the banner or continuing to browse is not consent.
Before you choose, our analytics provider (Google) may send cookieless measurement signals - carrying no cookies, no device storage and no identifiers - used only in aggregate to model traffic. Full analytics that uses device storage runs only after you accept the analytics category, and advertising technologies (Google advertising features and the Meta pixel) only after you accept advertising. Our other analytics provider, Plausible, sends nothing until you accept.
We also keep a first-party, session-scoped record (sessionStorage key idelio_attribution) of the campaign parameters (utm_*, ad click identifiers) and referrer present on the page you arrived at. It sets no cookie, contains no cross-site identifier, is cleared when the tab closes, and is transmitted only as part of a waitlist signup you choose to submit - so we can record which campaign a signup came from. In U.S. states that provide opt-out rights, we provide a "Your Privacy Choices" mechanism for sale, sharing and targeted advertising, and honor Global Privacy Control where required. In other regions, we apply the choice required by local law.
Consent is specific by category and is not bundled with acceptance of Terms. Withdrawing consent prevents future optional access/storage and signals providers to stop applicable processing; it may not delete data already lawfully collected, which remains subject to retention rules and rights requests.
4. Manage preferences
You can change your choices at any time through the Cookie Settings control available from the website footer and submit applicable privacy opt-outs through the Your Privacy Choices control available through the website or account, or by emailing [email protected]. Browser controls can also delete or block storage, but blocking necessary technology may prevent login, payment or requested functions.
Your preference is stored for the shortest practical period and requested again when it expires, the purposes materially change or the law requires renewed consent. Consent records include the banner version, categories, region, timestamp and proof of the choice.
5. Third-party contexts
Authentication providers, payment pages, embedded support tools and linked third-party sites may set their own technologies. We configure embedded tools to minimize optional tracking and gate it when required. A full-page redirect to another provider is also governed by that provider's notice.
6. Analytics without cookies
A cookieless analytics tool may still receive IP address, User-Agent, URL and event information to process a request or construct a short-lived measurement identifier. We describe the actual data and configuration in the register rather than treating "cookieless" as synonymous with "anonymous."
7. Technology & Vendor Register
The current identifiers, providers, domains, categories, purposes, typical data, durations and pre-consent status of technologies actually in use are maintained in the Technology & Vendor Register at https://idelio.pro/legal/technology-vendor-register. The Register may be updated when a technology is added, removed or replaced within the categories and purposes already described in this Policy.
A materially new purpose, new data category, use of sensitive data, cross-context advertising, session replay or similarly more intrusive practice requires a prior legal and technical review, an updated notice and a new consent or opt-out mechanism where applicable. Updating the Register alone is not sufficient for such a change.
8. Changes and contact
We update the Technology & Vendor Register for routine technology changes within the purposes described here. We update this Policy and the relevant user controls for a material change to purposes or tracking practices and give any additional notice or obtain any new choice required by law.
