International Privacy Addendum
This Addendum supplements the Privacy Policy for individuals outside the EEA, UK, Switzerland and U.S. states specifically addressed there. It applies only to the extent local law covers SFER LABS LLC or the relevant processing. Mandatory local law prevails.
1. Canada
We process personal information for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate and obtain express or implied consent as required by the sensitivity, context and applicable federal or provincial law. You may request access and correction, withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions, and ask about our use of service providers outside Canada.

You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the appropriate provincial commissioner. If a Quebec law requiring information about automated decisions applies, we provide the required specific notice and means to submit observations.
2. Brazil
For Brazil's LGPD, SFER LABS LLC is the controller for the activities described in the Privacy Policy unless we process on a business customer's behalf. The purposes, data, recipients, retention and legal bases are described in the Privacy Policy; bases may include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent as applicable.
Brazilian data subjects may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization/blocking/deletion where appropriate, portability subject to regulation, information about sharing, review of covered automated decisions, withdrawal of consent and information about consequences of refusing consent. Submit requests to [email protected]. International transfers use mechanisms permitted by the LGPD and applicable ANPD regulation.
3. Australia and New Zealand
Where the Australian Privacy Act or New Zealand Privacy Act applies, you may request access to and correction of personal information and complain about our handling. We may disclose personal information to overseas providers in the countries or categories described in the Technology & Vendor Register, subject to applicable safeguards. Contact [email protected] first; you may then contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or Office of the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner as applicable.
4. Other jurisdictions
If local law gives you additional rights, including access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, consent withdrawal or complaint, submit a request through the Your Privacy Choices control available through the website or account, or email [email protected]. We will apply the right and response period required for your verified jurisdiction.
Active targeting of a new country may require localization, a local representative, registration, tax changes, marketing rules or additional consumer terms. Publication of this general Addendum does not replace that launch assessment.
